Returns Policy

In addition to your general rights we further guarantee the quality of our biscuits for 12 months from date of purchase, dried meats for 6 months and dinners for 6 months from purchase date when stored correctly (biscuits and dried meats in an air tight container, dry and out of direct sunlight; dinners frozen)


What can be returned?

Wherever possible we ensure our products leave us and will arrive to you in great condition. If you find a product not to your satisfaction, please contact us to discuss. Only orders purchased via this website can be returned. No item from one of our suppliers can be returned to us (must be returned to the point of purchase) however we’d be very grateful if you could let us know if there is a problem as we’d like to try and fix it for you if we can.

Change your mind?

Sorry, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind on any of our food products. If there is an error with your order or fault on our behalf, we will fully refund, credit or replace the items at our cost (including local shipping). We accept items deemed ‘faulty’ against product description within reason but do not accept items that are more than 20% used/consumed. We also do not accept fault if contacted longer than one week from confirmed delivery date.

Parcels that are marked ‘Returned to Sender’ due to an incorrect address given, or a missed delivery, or a delivery that cannot be made due to ‘unsafe location’, ‘unsafe to leave’, will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer.
